Account Executive (SaaS Sales – HVAC Industry)

The Opportunity

As an Account Executive you’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to demo, close, and onboarding. You’ll be the face of EDEN to new contractors, showing them how transparent online quoting can transform their business.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment. You’ll help define our go-to-market playbook, shape messaging, and influence product direction as we scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Source and close 10+ new contractor deals per month.
    Build your own pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, and distributor relationships.

  • Run the full sales cycle — prospecting, demos, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing.

  • Tailor demos to highlight how EDEN’s quoting software solves real contractor pain points.

  • Partner with the product and marketing teams to refine messaging, share feedback, and shape future campaigns.

  • Track and forecast pipeline and revenue in our CRM (HubSpot).

  • Represent EDEN at distributor events, virtual trainings, and industry trade shows.

Who You Are

  • A hunter — you’re motivated by building pipeline and closing deals you created yourself.

  • Experienced in SaaS or SMB sales, ideally selling to trades or home-services businesses (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.).

  • Comfortable running virtual demos and consultative sales conversations.

  • Organized, self-driven, and data-minded — you like knowing your numbers.

  • Excited to work in an early-stage startup environment where every win moves the company forward.

What Success Looks Like

  • 10+ new contractor accounts per month consistently closed.

  • Strong, repeatable outbound process that can scale to future reps.

  • Distributor and manufacturer partners referring contractors regularly.
